A crunch lunch website launches

12th February 2009, 11:21am

A new free-to-use website has recently launched listing the best offers by top UK restaurants including discount vouchers and personalised invitations to dine.

The site, found at www.crunchlunch.co.uk, is full of useful money saving lunch tips, newsletters, discussions and above all, a host of eating out vouchers from top restaurants across the UK.

James Nixon, a recent graduate and founder of Crunchlunch, wants to bring city bonuses to everyone in the UK. Opening with the slogan "A cheaper lunch in credit crunch", the website allows users to save up to 50% off their food bill at many high street restaurants and eateries.

The savings range from discounts at restaurants specialising in Italian cuisine such as ASK and Strada to set meals with wine at Young's Pub, Pizza Express and Hotel du Vin, amongst many others.

Nixon explained: "Average disposable incomes have shrunk by a massive 30% over the past two years and the state of the economy is getting even worse. In a festival of frugality we aim to let people know the ways they can continue to enjoy the luxury of eating out without the burden on their pocket."

"With restaurants advancing their fight for your custom, there are some fantastic offers out there for you to make most of. Crunchlunch.co.uk lists all of these offers on one page for you to pick up easily, and enjoy."

Crunchlunch is focused on helping restaurants and their customers survive the recession.
