3663 wins catering equipment industry recognition

18th May 2010, 1:47pm

3663 Catering Equipment has scooped the 2010 Catering Equipment Suppliers Association (CESA) Utensils Supplier of the Year award.

CESA members voted for distributors based on a number of criteria including quality of business, breadth of product range, undertaking new initiatives and overall support of the utensils industry.

Keith Warren, director for CESA, said: "The award is voted for by suppliers and recognises distributors who are dedicated to improving industry knowledge and understanding of light catering equipment and utensils."

Paul Knight, managing director of 3663 Catering Equipment, added: "The 3663 Catering Equipment business has developed considerably over the past 12 months and the award is very significant to us because it is not judged by a small panel but the votes come from across the industry."

3663 Catering Equipment launched its website earlier this year which incorporates more than 5,000 products from the world's top suppliers.

The CESA Catering Utensils Group (CUG) Distributors awards were announced during the CUG Forum held at Woburn Safari Park in Bedfordshire.
