3663 launches catering equipment website

5th March 2010, 8:51am

3663 Catering Equipment, part of 3663 First for Foodservice, has launched a dedicated catering equipment website - www.3663cateringequipment.co.uk - to make purchasing easier for its customers.

The site offers 5,000 products broken down by category – for example cutlery, crockery, utensils & kitchenware, heavy equipment and furniture – to make finding items easy.

Paul Knight, managing director 3663 Catering Equipment, commented: "Traditionally, catering equipment sales have been handled by our telesales department. We know through our customer research that operators are looking for an offering that can help their business succeed with as little hassle as possible and our new website helps meet this demand by providing an additional method of trading.

"As well as access to product information and downloadable brochures, customers can benefit from the site's loyalty scheme which rewards every pound spent with points.

"These points can be saved and cashed in for prizes, which range in value from iPods, meals and theatre breaks, to flat screen televisions, laptops and digital cameras. Each customer registering on the site in the next six weeks is also automatically entered in to a monthly draw to win an iPod."
